GENERAL

What sort of business are you? We offer a complete domestic electrical service, and service and repair all electric aga models.

Do you have an office I can visit? No, the business is home-based. Please call between 9-5 or leave a message on the answering machine so we can get back to you.

Do you work weekends? Unless it is crucial to the job, work is not undertaken on the weekend.

What are your payment terms? Payment is due within 7 days unless specified otherwise on the invoice. Payment can also be made on the day of completion. Cheques should be made out to LECTRIX or Lee Cornish.

Do you charge for quotations? No, all our quotations are free.

ELECTRICAL

Can I buy the materials for the job myself? Yes, but remember we can buy at better prices, and know what is up to current standards.

I need a new socket. Can I install it myself? NO! You must always use an approved fully qualified electrician to do any electrical work.

How do I know which electrician is the best to use? Word of mouth is always safest. And make sure you get at least 3 quotations to compare.

AGA

Is there a call out fee? Yes, we do charge a fee to come to you if you have an immediate problem.

Can you supply parts? Parts can be supplied for all simple DIY maintenance.

Can you re-locate my aga? Yes. This is a 2 man job, and will take 1 day. Please request a quotation.

Do you sell Aga's? We dont sell them, but we are often in a position to let you know what is available as far as reconditioned agas go.
